Does this property have value as "Sun Options" points within the 19 Florida Trust properties or with Diamond Resorts? If so, how many?
A:
Florida trust properties are not deeded to a specific property. Florida trust will specifically state points as they are the only sun options that are transferrable. This is a deeded property and it is not a part of the Florida Trust. Thank you for your interest, Jennifer Gall
