The total that I would have to pay out for this timeshare would be the $999.....no additional money for closing costs or transfer costs? I do know that you would have to pay the monthly maintenance fees and the property taxes. Do you have to pay the RCI membership if you are already a member? Please let me know.

That is correct!! a special RCI membership is included in the Main fees. So no extra money needed there either. Kind Regards, Bryan
