Q: Hi. I am looking for a timeshare in the Florida Keys region. Not sure I would buy one, but I am interested in looking into it.
How do you find out if the timeshare is a stable place? How do you find out the fees Monthly/yearly involved?
A: You may have seen the one I am running-Gulf Tides of Longboat Key (eBay Item number 220339194155). This trades with both RCI and Interval Int'l, and you may get a good selection of reviews that way. The codes are in the ad (Exchange Company Codes RCI and II - GTL (Red Week), RCI - 0582 (Red Week)
Every resort has a different fee--they are generally paid annually, but again, it depends.
