You are able to use this timeshare for one week between Week 1 - 13 or 49 - 52 every year starting in 2010. This is deeded so you get one week a year for life or as long as you own this timeshare. The maintenance fees are also billed annually. This ad is only asking for the $250 transfer fee; the $345 closing costs are being paid by the seller.
