A:
As listed in the ad you will pay high bid + $99 (reduced from $345) closing costs + 2010 MF $452.77 = High Bid + $551.77. The transfer fee is paid by seller. There are no other costs associated with the transfer of deed. There are no extra costs for you being a Canadian.
