Q: We have never bought a timeshare before so I have a few questions. What weeks are excluded when the property is available 1-50. What is the week this property is deeded for? How does the trading work? Is it through the property or RCI? What are some comparable property locations?
A:The weeks you can go each year are Use: Annual Floating Weeks 1-20, 37-52. Use begins 2009! So the first 20 weeks of the year or the last 15. This is associated with RCI. So you could either pick a week and go each year or you could lock in a week and join RCI and bank the week. This is in the panhandle of Florida. Great Beaches.
