Wyndham will combine the points and even the maintenance fees. The only difference is they will not allow you to raise your status ie. to VIP with resale points. Although to be honest the savings are worth not having the VIP perks in most peoples eyes.

36000 Annual Bluegreen Points Branson MO Timeshare

Looking at 36,000 pts Branson on eBay… Says Points are 12,000+12,000+12,000 So I am confused. Aa a bluegreen owner, when is the next point distribution and for how many. And is the $1000 maint fee per 12,000 points or for all 36,000.

These are 3 accounts combined together to make 36,000 points per year. Use begins in June. The maintenance fee is for all of the points.

What does "no reserves" mean on week 1 through 51. Do we have to use 1 week at a time or can we split it 3 day and 4 days seperately?
A:
No reserve means we have not set a minumum amount above the starting bid that the bids have to hit before it sells. In other words if you bid $99 and no one else bids you win the auction. Of course any closing costs listed in the auction will also be due at end of auction.

I've heard that in order to use the Summer facilities like the pools, you need to pay an additional fee. Can you find out whether that's true and what the cost is?

This is what I found out. For using their facilities ie pool and such there is no charge. However you are correct in the fact that some activities do have charges. Mostly because they are done at outside facilities. This is a website pdf of 2009 Summer activities http://www.smuggs.com/pages/pdf/rigs09_new.pdf
It may change a little for 2010. I was also informed by the resort that most of these activities are discounted for owners. I do not know the exact discount for everything. If there are certain ones of more interest to you I can call and ask if you are specific. I hope this helps and look forward to getting you into this timeshare.
