I currently own a Wyndham timeshare with 180,000 points, can the points be combined into 1 membership? Does that reduce the maintenance fees? Thank you

Wyndham will combine the points and even the maintenance fees. The only difference is they will not allow you to raise your status ie. to VIP with resale points. Although to be honest the savings are worth not having the VIP perks in most peoples eyes.
