If I make a best offer does that include closing costs and transfer fees or is that only included when you buy it now?
A:
That depends on the offer. We will make sure you are fully aware if it does or does not include all costs. My boss has the last say on all offers. Usually when we are offering it as includes all we try to keep the offers including all. I can only suggest to make an offer write in that you want it to include all and we can go from there.
