Q what does assignment of ownership rights mean? I am a current Bluegreen owner and I have a deed frot eh timeshare that I bought from them . Are you offering a deeded transfer?

A. This is a deeded interrest like what you own, if you look at the Deed it is a assignment of ownership, that is how Bluegreen does it. Same thing not us there rules.

A:	Yes if you decide not to go to your home resort and you call up RCI and bank your week. Then you can use your banked week for any week of the year at another resort. This is a very nice week and rates very high in the banking system. You should have very little problem using it for a nice exchange.

A: The trick on floating weeks is to find out the earliest date you can make a reservation for the week you want and do it. One year in advance? Jan 1st, etc. And you also need to know if phone, fax or mail is the preferred way to reserve.
