Why is this Timeshare so Cheap?

I'm a little confused here. We just "bought" into Palace View Spinnaker last week...for 26,000. dollars. Same thing as what you are offering. Am I understanding correctly here, you are selling a deeded timeshare to Palace View for $350.00??

Yes, you are understanding correctly, this is a deeded ownership to Palace View by Spinnaker for floating weeks 1-10 in a lockoff unit. The price is $350.00 + $345 Closing Costs + $50 Resort Transfer Fees for a total of $745.00. You bought from the developer and their prices reflect all of the overhead for their marketing programs and the initial building of the resort. Resale timeshares are much lower as there is a lot less overhead. This timeshare deed is paid in full and for $745.00 total it will be sold and transfered to the new owner.
