1. Will I have deeded ownership or right-to-use ownership?

Its deeded ownership

2. What is the demand week color? (i.e. red, blue, white, yellow etc.)

Its a Red week
3. What days will I be able to stay at my timeshare-and is this a fixed or floating week?

4. If the resort uses a floating-week program, how long in advance can I make my reservation?

5. What are the annual maintenance fees and taxes?

Maintenance Fees: A fee that timeshare owners are required to pay, usually on an annual basis, to cover the costs of running the resort, including daily management, upkeep, and improvements. $ 776.96* payable annually on January 1st. Due Jan 2009.
*Maintenance fees and taxes are estimated from 2007/2008 and are subject to change. Please contact the resort with any questions about future maintenance fees.
6. Are there any special assessments pending against the resort?

None we have record of.

7. Does the timeshare resort belong to an exchange program such as RCI or Interval International?

Exchange Company Codes: RCI - 8615 (Red Week); II - SPA (Red Week).

8. Can I "bank" my week if I'm unable to use it during my assigned week?

Yes
9. Can I read a copy of the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions before I decide to buy?

You would have to contact the resort for that. I dont have on file.
10. How will the closing paperwork and deed transfer be handled?

All done is 6 weeks or less.

11. Can I rent out my timeshare?

Yes
12. If so, how much do you think I can get?
