I am told that resale does not have the same benefits as retail. I would call them and ask them if you buy more points resale if you are allowed to combine them. That will take down your price per point dramatically. If they so know I might be inclined to complain until they say yes.

Q:
I have a Wyndham timeshare already with 168,000 points every odd year and I was wondering if you can combine the points for use. Also can I use this for vip status. How are you able to sell this timeshare so cheap. One last thing is there anything else that I need to know about this timeshare.

A:
Wyndham is very funny about resale VIP. It could happen but I would not count on it. I am selling this timeshare for a couple that had a lifestyle change. I priced it to be the best price on ebay for Bonnet Creek in order to generate a quick sale.

Q:
So, I will own this timeshare outright for the terms of 154,000 point every other year plus normal maint. fees and I will receive a deed for the property as such the outlined terms mentioned?

A:
That is completely correct.

Q:
When will the first taxes and maintanience fees be due? Are there any payments owed for back taxes or maintanience by the original owner? Thank you

A:
This is free and clear and your first Main fees and taxes will not be due until Jan 2010 when your point use begins
