Yes that is correct. This deed is good for one week every other year. This works out well for a lot of people. Not everyone can make a vacation every year and this offers a wonderful alternative to the annual use timeshares. If you are looking for an annual use just let me know we have a vast inventory and I will be able to point you in the right direction.
