I am happy to give you that information. The maintenance fees and taxes come to $60.97 a month. All closing and transfer costs are included in the price of the Buy It Now. The only issue you may run into is I believe that you will not be allowed to upgrade to VIP with the purchase of a resale. You are welcome to call Wyndham to verify this.
