41,000 WYNDHAM Points Edisto Island CAROLINA Timeshare

Q: Hi There, Wondering if you could give me a little further info in regards to the timeshare deal. We are from Australia and wonder if the 41000 annual points are valid on an equal basis at resorts here..for example the Wyndham Resort in Cairns here states that a red week requires approx 12000 points for a 2 brm unit per week..would that be correct and would we be required to pay any further fees besides monthly maintenance and transfer fee..Also, are these points accruable yearly for ever?? A: Yes you can use the points within the Wyndham points system. I am not sure where you got your information about the Cairns though. The Cairns does not have 2 bedroom units at all. The one bedroom units are 22,000 points per night and 154,000 points per week. There are other fees. Yes you pay the maintenance fees as long as you are an owner. They are in place to ensure your vacation destinations stay beautiful and in good repair.
