We are interested in your posting. Is this what is called a lock-out unit. Is the $793 maintenance fee for 2011 until Nov. 2011? ICan week45 be exchanged for another week in the Resort? When is it available for closing the sale?
This is a lock out unit so you can choose to use less then three bedrooms and bank what you dont use with either RCI or II depending on the exchange company you choose to join. This is a fixed red week that you can either use or bank. The closing should take 30 days or less. Your total would be 999 plus 793 and we do accept all major credit cards and paypal.
