I am interested but if i pay the maintenance fee in 2009, can i stay during a week in 09? Your add says to use in 2010.

This is an even year useage timeshare. The maintenance fee for this property is divided into two payments for your convenience. You pay half in 2009 and the other half in 2010 for one years use. If you had an annual use at this resort it would be around $600.00 a year.
