Sorry one more question...am I guaranteed usuage in 2010? Meaning it won't be fully booked already for the year.

Yes, you would have a week next year. I am not sure what will be available, however if you were to purchase this, we could have our closing company attempt to book a week for you. Most resorts will allow us to do that, but there are some that will not allow it until the transfer is complete. We will however do our best to accommodate the new owner of this timeshare.
