This is a floating week timeshare, weeks 20 through 38. Do you always get the week you choose or have to take whatever is available. It is deeded week 27

You can choose and it is based on availablity. The biggest thing I tell people with floating timeshares is book as far in advance as possible. As soon as the resort allows you to book your unit book it. The further ahead you are the more likely you are to get the week you want. Thank you for your interest,
