Q: Where did you get the infromation regarding the closing costs and transfer fees?
A: The closing cost is what our closing company charges to get all the paperwork and everything transfered into our new buyers name. The transfer fee is what Diamond charges to transfer from one name to another. This is a set price for all transfers.
