Q: If an offer less than the Buy It Now is accepted, is the seller still paying closing costs, transfer fees, and 2010 maintenance?
A: That depends on the offer. If it is not included in it we will counter and tell you we will accept that plus the closing costs and fees. Keep in mind that Hilton has a first right of refusal. This means that if they do not think we sold it for enough they can say no. We keep our asking price within their acceptance range. So we are not able to go very low on these.
