3500 Hilton GVC Points Las Vegas Nevada Timeshare

Q: I just went to a presentation at the parc soleil in orlando. They were offering a deeded propery worth 7000 points for 35000. Are you selling the deed or just 3500 points? If you are selling the deed why is it so much cheeper than what hilton was offering?

A: We are selling the deed. To be honest as far as resales go the price we have this at is considered higher. If you look around the web most timeshares are selling for pennies compared to their original price. A timeshare is much like a car as far as value goes. They cost a lot from the dealership, but once you sign those papers and take ownership that value drops. One of the big things is supply and demand. There is a large supply of resale timeshare and moderate demand. I think this is mostly because people do not know that much about resales. This is the same thing you would buy from the resort just previously owned. If you have any questions feel free to call or email me with them.
