Question for item #350222394413 - Village of Loon Mountain Lincoln N Hampshire Timeshare

Q.
I am just trying to get an understanding of the processes thanks for looking at all questions. Is there a fee to get all the owners benefits that came with the original timeshare purchase? How can I see what the maintenance fee increase was over the past few years? Is this a life time deed? How can the unit be sold at such a low cost? Does the 623.60 include both maintenance and taxes? Is this the only fee paid to the timeshare annually? Is there a fee to become a member of RCI? When is the first maintenance fee payment du? When do you select the week for 2010? Best, Brian

A.
No there is not a fee to use all the owners benefits. Generally we only run into that kind of fee with certain points programs. Since we are selling this timeshare on the behalf of someone else we do not have that information. You are welcome to call member services at the resort and ask them. Yes this is deeded for life. Developers have a lot of overhead expenses so the initial price is very high. We are a resale company and our main objective is to find a new owner for the timeshare. Yes the maintenance fees and taxes are combined. Yes this is the only fee paid annually unless you opt to be part of RCI or II. These exchange companies have their own yearly fees. RCI is $124 a year and I suggest you visit www.rci.com for exchange fees. The next maintenance fee is due December 15, 2009 for the 2010 use. You can book up to 2 years in advance at this particular resort.
