155 Monarch Points Palms Springs California Timeshare

If an owner of a pts acct buys this they can automatically link the two accts into one master # and there is no charge. So they would have one master # and two active contracts. What this means is they will pay loan payments and MFs separately for each contract and the pts will keep their individual anniversary dates.

When they would call for a reservation they would give their master # and can use pts from either contract as long as pts are available.

If they truly want to combine them into one pts acct there is a fee. $150 per contract. So if they have one contract now and wants to combine with another it would be $300. If they want to combine 3 contracts it would be $450 and so on. If they combine together and pay the fee then all pts would have the anniversary date of the oldest contract. All MFs would be lumped into one amount.

If they can keep track of anniversary dates and MF due dates then the cheaper way is to just use the master # and have two separate contracts. But if they want it easier then they can pay the fee and have everything combined.
I hope that answers all of your questions. If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to contact me and I will get an answer for you.
