The year that the contract expires you have the opportunity to renew the contract for another 30 years. You have to pay 5 times the maintenance fee to renew. You can do this up to three times. You can go on the resort wesite www.pueblobonitosunsetbeach.com to compare amenities. There are several different kinds of 2 bedrooms.
