Is this unit only available during the deeded week?
A:
Yes the unit is only available for the deeded week through the resort. However, if you join either RCI or II you can exchange your week to any one of the resorts within that exchange companies network. I would research on RCI www.rci.com or II www.intervalworld.com. That way you can figure out which suits you best or can go with both.
