3,500 US Collection Diamond Resort Points

Q:
1. What is the cost to join The Diamond Club? If we purchase this property would we be permitted to join "The Club?"
2. Is the II membership included with the purchase price? If not what is the cost to join II?
3. can these points be used to pay maintenance fees and dues?

A:
1. This is determined by Diamond. Unfortuntely they will not even talk to you about it until you are the owner of the timeshare. It is usually in the thousands.
2. No the II membership is not included as these points are only able to be used at the 19 resorts listed in the link in the ad. The points are not permitted to be traded through II.
3. No. These points can only be used at the 19 resorts in the collection. Unfortunately Diamond is not very resale friendly when it comes to points.
