I am more interested in using the unit, instead of trading for points. Can you give me more details on the bedroom size and the dates for week 52 in 2010? Also I wanted to confirm that the maintanence fees of ~$800 are charged every other year, and the RCI fees are charged every year.

This is a one bedroom and one bath. Week 52 would be on Dec 24-31, 2010. Yes that would be correct maintenance fees are every other year and RCI is every year.
