Q: The resort transfer fee - is this due every year? The maintenance is $308.61, however, you state it is over $500 in this listing. Can you clarify this?
A: The resort transfer fee is a one time fee used to transfer the ownership from the current owner to the new owner. We have a maintenance fee bill on file that shows the amount we have listed in the ad.
