Q: When would we be able to use it ..will it be this sept and if not would a compensation go into effect?
A: As stated in the ad use begins in 2011. No there would not be any compensation as you are not paying the maintenance fee for this year. If the current owner had relinquished use for this year we would be charging the $450 annual maintenance fee along with the other fees.
