Does this deeded timeshare come with a free annual RCI membership? The biannual points of 128k, can some be bank for the next year (off year of the timeshare) - thinking of taking to shorter mid-week vacation. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes an RCI membership is built in to the ownership. You use or loose FF points. Or you make a reservation and bank the use to exchange at a later date. I don't think you will have much problem using your points and using them for mid-week reservations is a great plan.
