Getting the best reservation!

Q: Are the reservations first come first served?

A: ... Yes, reservations are first first come, first serve and no one has any priority over another. I always tell our customers to pay your annual MF as early as the resort will allow you to. As soon as you pay your maintenance fees (you can pay before they are actually due--a couple of months ahead for most resorts) you can make your reservation for the following year.
