Any 2008 points to transfer to the new owner? What month do you receive the points and do you have to request the 4000 every odd year in order to receive them?

A:
Your first set of 4000 points will be given on October 1st and will be ready to use as soon as the transfer is complete. It takes 90 to 120 days because of BG being so slow.
