Maintenance is indicated at $68.21 monthly -- is the Annual less or is it equal to 12 times the amount given? Is there a limitation on the use of the points (i.e., used for a minimum of two days at a time)? Are the cost given the actual cost or are there others (i.e., hidden). I'm really interested, but I have to scrutinize closely based on my financial status. You do realize that Wallstreet is having some severe problems and money is going to become quite tight. Sid Camp

Annual I believe works out to be the same either way if its paid monthly or annually. There are no limits on use. I believe my Wholesale Timeshares will be more important than ever for people looking to vacation as economically as possible.

It takes around 6 to 10 weeks for all deed and title and transfer work to be done. At that time it will be available for your use. RCI membership is included in the Main fees.
