What do you mean that for AZ properties I would have 12 mos for reservations and for other areas I'd have 9 mos? I don't understand this? Thank you...

It is arizona club so the owner can book 12 months out for Arizona. That means you get first choice of weeks there. If you want to book outside the Arizona club then you can only book 9 months in advance because the owners of those clubs get first choice at 12 months. I hope that explains it for you.
