It does not have to be Massanutten, I just found they have the most reasonable management fees for a gold crown resort. But I'm sure there are others out there that I am unaware of. A: Okay, great. So, in PIC (Points in Conversion) terms only, here is a strong possibility, and one to get us started. Item number 230361761650 (put it in eBay search bar). It is not a L/O but it is an annual fixed week with excellent fees; why I like fixed week PIC's is that you don't need to make a reservation, and it'll bank for 52K each year, easy. Take a look and I'll see what my best price. I'll also click around and see what else might work. I have some in Williamsburg that PIC as well, but the MF's might be a little higher; I'll take a look.
