Fantasy World I / ORLANDO FLORIDA / Floating Timeshare (350241947709)

Q:
Are there any special assessments or changes in maintenance fees coming up? Is this property part of an exchange system? If so, which system and what does that membership entitle you to? Does ownership of the timeshare entitle buyer to any other priveleges (discount on Disney/airline tix)? Is buyer assuming any other debts or obligations other than the winning bid price and annual maintenance fee?

A:
As far as special assessments go we find out about the previous, current, and one year ahead. There is none that we are aware of. Maintenance fees can raise but most resorts have a cap of how much the average is less than 5 percent. This resort is part of Interval International. Membership entitles you to trade into any one of the resorts in the network. They also get extra vacation which allows you to use an extra week at a nominal price. There is so much information about II that I suggest to go to www.intervalworld.com for more information. No there are no discounts on the theme parks or plane tickets for being an owner. You are paying only the winning bid everything else is taken care of by the seller including the 2009 maintenance fee. Yes you will have to pay that fee annually after this year.
Thank you for your interest,
