There is no need whatsoever to upgrade to make use of all the resorts in Europe. Please confirm. I went into our information from the owner there is a copy of their certificate. Under home resorts it states ALL RESORTS. I see in the ad where your confusion came from. It is talking about a premimum membership. A premium membership means you could use all the Diamond Resorts world-wide. As it is you can only use the resorts listed in the ad. The price is in pound sterling because the ad is actually listed on eBay UK. You can pay in USD.
